What is EVDTV service?

EVDTV is a global digital broadcasting platform providing live channels, movies, and series in high quality, compatible with most smart devices.

Can I try the service?

Yes, you can request a free trial via the official bot, by contacting technical support directly, or through any authorized reseller in your area.

What internet speed do I need?

We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD quality and 25 Mbps for 4K to ensure stable streaming without buffering.

Why does buffering sometimes occur?

This is usually due to unstable internet connection, weak Wi-Fi signal (we recommend using a LAN cable), or high local network traffic.

What devices are supported?

Our services are supported on all systems: Android TV, Smart TV, Smartphones (iOS/Android), and Computers (Windows/Mac).

How is the subscription activated?

After the process is complete, you will receive your official login credentials (username and password). You can enter them into your player app to start watching immediately.

Can I watch on more than one device?

Each subscription supports a specific number of connections. If you wish to watch on multiple devices simultaneously, please choose a 'Multi-Connection' package.
